Volunteer Role : Operations & Compliance Director
Oversees risk assessments & site management plans
Ensure alcohol, event, and venue licences are secured and maintained
Supports stadium upgrades, accessibility, and maintenance planning
Volunteer Role : Commercial & Sponsorship Director
Develops sponsorship packages and commercial partnerships
Oversees merchandising and hospitality strategy
Works with media team to align brand and promotional efforts
Builds relationships with local businesses and sponsors
Volunteer Role : Youth & Development Director
Shapes youth development strategy (FC Development centre)
Builds partnerships with schools and colleges
Ensures clear progression routes from youth to senior football
Volunteer Role : Digital & Media Director
Oversees social media, livestreams, and website content. Focus on content for marketing.
Drives digital campaigns and online community building
Ensures consistent messaging and looks to build the FC brand
Volunteer Role : Secretary
