Fresh from their festive festivities, the Ravens first game after Christmas is an away trip to Oldham to face Avro FC on Wednesday evening.
The previous encounter between these sides was in the last year’s FA Vase qualifying round, when goals from McVey, Simpson and Doyle earned us the 1-3 victory that day.
This time, it’s League points up for grabs and Paul Jones has selected a strong looking squad which again blends youth with some more experienced heads.
Defensive choices remain largely consistent with those which was available for the Ravens last game, with Morgan Naylor coming in to provide an additional option here.
In midfield, Blake Henwood Jay Skelcher-Maxwell are also available for this game, while striking options are the same as last weekend with Tom Creer and Furo Davies both set to travel.
