Chris Bass’ team are on their travels once again today, this time to the North East of England to play Billingham Town in the Isuzu FA Vase First Round.
Ravens fans will be pleased to see the inclusion in the squad of stalwart defender Al Maitland after being unavailable for several weeks. And it’s a strong looking defensive roster that also welcomes back Sean Quaye into the mix.
Following his sub appearance last Sunday vs AFC Liverpool in the Macron Cup, local goal-machine Dean Leece is rewarded with a place in the squad this weekend. With Adam Mealin and Charlie Higgins also travelling, there is plenty of pace and trickery for Bass to chose from.
In terms of forward line options for today’s match, youngsters Tom Creer and Lewis Roberts will be vying for the nod with Ciaran McNulty and Luke Murray – the latter in great form recently.
