After an impressive victory over Chadderton on Tuesday evening the Ravens now turn their attention to a gruelling double-header weekend, facing Colne on Friday evening before locking horns with Barnoldswick Town on Saturday afternoon.
You may remember that we had a similar situation last season (two games in as many days) facing Lower Breck on the Saturday & Longridge Town on the Sunday. The Ravens will be hoping for the same outcome this time around (two victories).
Turning our attentions to the squad, the manager has named a twenty-one man squad to travel at the weekend. A number of youth players once again get the call up, something that has been a consistent in the manager’s squad selection throughout the season.
