The Ravens are preparing for their second game in less than 24 hours. Last night ended in a 5-0 defeat in what was always going to be a tough ask coming up against an opposition with the prowess Southport FC have, but what could not be faulted is the group’s willingness to fight for each other, stick together and endeavour till the final whistle. The travelling fans from Southport deserve their mention as they supported immensely from start to finish and we wish them safe travels home.
Up next, the club look to entertain some local sides in Corinthians (today) and Peel (Tuesday) as we ready ourselves for the start of an exciting season.
