After two wins on the bounce (one home & one away) the Ravens will be hoping to make it two out of two on the road in the game vs Litherland Remyca this evening. There is just one point and two positions separating the two sides going into the game with the home side having played an additional two games. Litherland Remyca sit in 8th and FC Isle of Man in 9th place in the league table.
The Ravens have of course played Litherland Remyca once already this season, just eighteen days ago. The Manx lads will be looking for a much improved performance after a 3-0 loss at the Bowl. Watch the highlights from that game below.
The squad has two new debutants Callum Sherry & Conor Birch. Both defenders with the later playing in the local league for St Georges. Welcome to the Ravens squad both.
Away from the playing squad there is also a change in the dugout. Manager Paul Jones is unavailable for the next three games so assistant manager Alex Harrison will be in charge tonight. We caught up with Alex yesterday.
Q. Alex, we’re entering the half way stage of a stretch of away games now, of the back of 2 brilliant results. What are your thoughts going into this fixture against Litherland?
“I think momentum is key in this league so it’s important we come away with both a good performance and result. We played Litherland a few weeks back so it’s a great opportunity for us make amends on a disappointing result.”
