Just hours after returning from a disappointing 2-1 loss at Ramsbottom last night it is time to start thinking ahead to the next game for the Ravens. Up next is Litherland Remyca back on home turf on Saturday.
We of course played Litherland twice last season winning the away game 2-1 and losing the home game 3-2, so you can expect goals this weekend if our short history is anything to go by! View the highlights from the dramatic home game last season below.
Like the Ravens Litherland have played two games this season both away from home, losing to Chadderton in the opening game of the season and picking up a point vs Padiham on Tuesday. As we are very aware, every game is a tough one in this division.
The Ravens will be without yesterday’s goal scorer Dean Pinnington who is serving a one match ban for picking up a red card during our season opener last Saturday. Thank you to Sam at Gef the Mongoose for this footage of his 30 yard wonder free kick last night.
