The Ravens will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing second half vs Longridge Town last week which essentially lost them the game.
This week we welcome West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC back to the Bowl, I am sure many of you can remember what could arguably have been one of the best nights we have seen at the Bowl so far. The last minute Sean Doyle header to see the Ravens take all three points against league leaders (who went on to be champions) West Didsbury.
We have of course faced West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC already this season, once again a fierce battle, a late spectacular goal from Dontai Gabidon taking all three points for the home team after Luke Murray’s audacious overhead had levelled things up just after half time (watch the goal back here).
The Ravens team is very similar to the previous few games but is boosted by the return of defender Chris Cannell. Chris has only appeared for the Ravens twice this season, the last appearance being the game vs Litherland REMYCA on the 8th August.
