Those of you who attended the game last Saturday vs Squires Gate FC and visited some of our friendly volunteers on the merchandise table will have noticed a new addition, FC Isle of Man Pint Glasses in a branded gift box.
Whilst researching the pint glasses the club had various requirements including price, quality and social responsibility. With this in mind we decided to use Access Employment Ltd (AEL) as the provider. AEL was established as Northern Irelands first social firm to support those with disabilities, health conditions and social disadvantage into meaningful employment. Their mission is to work in partnership with others to provide a centre of excellence offering opportunities for disadvantaged individuals.
The newest business venture for AEL is the laser engraver that is used to engrave the FC Isle of Man crest onto the pint glasses.
We are proud to have supported AEL and would like to thank you for purchasing your pint glasses at the game last weekend.
